Job description
The Logistics Coordinator person will provide Customer Service to our client base through telephone and email correspondence and coordinate between our customer and dispatch/planning team.
This position will be responsible for entering orders, tracking and tracing shipments, maintaining timely updates to clients on pick up and delivery, supporting our Planning team, our Dispatch team and Sales team while providing general administrative duties such Carrier Profile maintenance and POD collection.
