About the Role
We're on a mission to make seriously decadent cookies and deliver them right to our customer's doors. Our cookies are all made by hand, and baked to order! As a part of our bakery team, you'll join five-seven amazing individuals each baking day, and work together to prep, fill, and top various cookie doughs! Once all the cookies are made, the bakery team works together to complete the bakery clean checklist!
During a bakery shift, you can expect to jam out to music and enjoy the smell of freshly baked cookies. We bake our cookies to order and the amount of cookies changes each bake. Our team works together until all cookies are made, and the cleaning checklist is complete. All training for this role is provided!
Requirements
Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail
Ability to stand for long periods of time
The ability to work efficiently and maintain deadlines
Flexibility with a schedule based on volume
Able to lift items up to 50lbs
Enjoy working with a small team
