The new master developer for this American Chicken Franchise that has over 150 locations around the world. Must open a first corporate store in the market and then can sell the corporate store after opening.

The current agreement requires the opening of 3 locations in Alberta in the next 7 years with this agreement being renewed again for 7 years with 5 further locations opened and then the term is renewed again and can be renewed again after that.

Foresee going to a franchise model in Canada once the right fit franchise partner comes to light and will have the typical 5% franchise fee and 5% advertising fee. These fees will be retained by the Alberta Master Agreement holder. This can be negotiated on a location basis but is totally up to the Master Rights holder. Currently the Licensing fee is $10,000.00 US for the first 3 locations, and this then goes to $12,000 US for the locations after that. We foresee a charge to individual franchisees of $15,000 US to $20,000 US. This difference will be retained by the Alberta Master Rights holder.
